TTouch for Pet Owners
Half-day Programs

During our introductory workshops, learn about the
history, philosophy and conceptual framework of the
method and what this gentle, holistic technique can

and learning exercises that has gained wide acceptance
for its ability to reduce stress, boost the immune system,
rectify inappropriate behavior patterns and remedy
common issues. TTouch is a valuable complement to
other training methods and enhances your pet's willing-
ness to learn.

Participants will learn and/or practice:
- the basics of the TTouch method
- how to help your pet with common behavioral issues
- how to recognize and give back animal calming signals
- how to bring your pet out of shock

NOTE: This Introduction to TTouch class is recommended
as a pre-requisite to attending subsequent TTouch classes.
Well-behaved pets are welcome and encouraged to attend
with owners. If you are bringing your pet, they must be pre-registered as well.

JUST FOR DOGS

TTouch for Dogs and their Owners
Full-day program; Weekly Series

Learn the basics of TTouch and how it helps modify inappropriate behavior patterns and enhances wellness at this hands-on workshop program.

Practice the basics of the circular TTouch, TTouch body wraps, and the Confidence Course. By using combinations of specific circular touches, lifts, and non-habitual movements and exercises, TTouch builds confidence, relieves tension and increases body awareness, alleviates fears (such as fear of thunderstorms, loud noises, vet or groomer visits, or unfamiliar people/animals/surroundings.) TTouch further helps in cases such as: excessive barking/chewing/biting; leash pulling and jumping up; extreme fear and shyness; excitability and nervousness; separation anxiety; and even carsickness. It can helps boost the body's immune system, speeds healing, reduce shock, and much more.

You will learn how the TTouch Confidence Course increases your dog's experience in learning new ways of coping with uneasy, even frightening, situations. TTouch is a wonderful complement to all training methods and can help your dog to be more willing to cooperate and to more easily learn. Even the most difficult problems are often eliminated, so you and your pet can enjoy a happier, healthier, and well-balanced life.

If your dog is able to attend group classes, we welcome and encourage them to attend with you. Please bring a well-fitting flat collar, harness (if available), leash, and ace bandage to the class.

Pre-registration is required for owners and dogs.
